Description
Boat was purchased in poor condition in 4/09. Since then, owner has refurbished her about 80% including: replacing gas engine with diesel (rebuilt the engine supports); painted mast/boom (2 coats), cleaned entire boat; installed electric windlass, interior lights, fans, alcohol cook-top, stereo/speakers; relocate traveler to over cabin; installed helm guard and new jib winches; created full-cockpit bimini (w/sidescreens); new toilet (w/floor); replaced 70% plumbing, 60% wiring. Made bilge pumps operable. Fiberglassed companionway hatch; replaced sails; installed roller furling, etc., etc. (Owner has receipts for more than $23K in parts, services, materials.)
