Description

Chance – French for luck, was named because she is Hull Number 888; in Chinese numerology this is a very lucky number and one of good fortune.

In 1962, she was featured in the Elvis Presley movie “GIRLS! GIRLS! GIRLS!”  Chance was the poster boat and used in portions of the movie.  There are numerous pictures of Elvis aboard playing the guitar with the boat decked out with twenty or so girls.

Chance is an elegant simple boat ideal for day-sailing and weekend cruising.  She has been maintained and preserved as originally designed and is a joy to sail!
