Description
Price just went down....keep track I'm going to sell this thing eventually!!!!
This boat was given to me. I know nothing of boats. I have a 1987 survey which is detailed. It shows a market value of 21,500 and a replacement cost of 60,000. This boat has sat quite a while and needs work but there is no major problems. This boat is solid and I have been told that is definately worth it for the right person. Let me tell you what I know.
The name is Katmai Queen and it has been regitered in Juneau, AK.
This boat was traded for about 15,000 worth of work by the man I got it from. He said that the back end went under in an icestorm some years back. The engine had been "gone through" and is supposed to be in working condition. It is a single engine 454 with Borg Warner marine gears and a Mercruiser outdrive. It will need hook up and all that good stuff to test it. I do not have time or finances to do this. I just want to get rid of this thing so I can pay some debt off! If you call I will give you the rundown. I have heard prices from 10,000-15,000 in as is condition by several people that have some experience. I figure 5,000 will suit me just fine! I use the library computer so don't expect quick email response. My cell phone is a good message center. Thanks for looking and come get it!
