1977 Buddy Davis

Hull # 4 of the premier Carolina builder. She is Juniper plank over frame, glassed over. She was repowered with very reliable and economical Volvo TAMD122 600 HP Diesels the port motor has 10 hours SMOH and under warranty until 10/06 the starboard has 600 houre SMOH Both transmissions where done when the motors where done. She has two stateroom and two heads. The interior is having the folloing done in 2005, headliner,wall coverings,carpet,corian counter tops and sinks and new furniture. New genset in 2005, new hard top and pipe work in 2006. She is having more up-dates done every day. Performance is as follows: 1300 RPM on plan at 15 knots, 1600 RPM 20 knots burning 23 GPH total, 1900 RPM 25-26 knots burning 40 GPH total, 2250 (WOT) 29-30 knots. So come see for your self.
