1990 Fleming Pilothouse Motor Yacht

This Fleming has spent over 10 year?s of her life in fresh water. The Fleming 55 sleeps six in the popular three stateroom layout. Forward is the master stateroom with a centerline queen berth with ensuite head and shower. Aft of the master stateroom to port is the guest stateroom with twin berths. Opposite this guest stateroom is the guest head with stall shower. A washer and dryer are located in the guest shower. The second guest stateroom with over and under berths is on the starboard side. Up 5 steps is the galley and salon area. Continuing aft through the sliding doors is the aft cockpit area. Forward of the salon area is the pilothouse. Access to the foredeck is through the pilothouse doors on both the port and starboard sides. Inside access to the flybridge is from the pilothouse. The floors throughout the vessel are constructed of teak and holly.

The U shaped galley is forward and to port of the main salon. She features a side by side refrigerator/freezer: Microwave oven with fitted exhaust fan: Princess 3-burner stove with oven: Garbage disposal: Ice maker: Double stainless steel sinks: The galley area is fitted with a sliding window allowing great cross ventilation while working in the galley.
