The Carver 4207 Motor Yacht is one of the most popular Carver models. While many were sold, few have been as meticulously maintained as Otter. This beautiful 42 motor yacht features two staterooms, two heads, a big salon, flybridge, and aft deck. There is plenty of room for family cruises, entertaining, or extended cruises. Whether serving as a family cruiser or a live aboard the 4207 is ready to accommodate.



The flybridge has a bimini top with full canvas and stratoglass enclosure. The centerline helm console has single helm chair with guest seating in front of the console and behind the helm seat. The console is electronic include: Shakespeare SE 2550 VHF, Raytheon Ray 210 VHF, Raytheon NAV 398 GPS/Loran, Raytheon RC 520 Chart Plotter, Raytheon L750 Depth Finder, Datamarine LXR Depth Finder, Furuno 24-Mile Radar, and Raytheon Ray Pilot 650 Auto Pilot. A port side stairway leads down to the aft deck. The aft deck is furnished for entertaining or dining and has it's own wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker. Wing doors access the side decks and forward to the foredeck sunpad.



From the aft deck it is three steps down the open salon with deep pile carpeting underfoot. An blue upholstered L-shaped settee with teak table is to your right. A white leather arm chair with ottoman is to your left. Forward in the salon a wet bar is to the right, an entertainment center to the left. Forward and down is the galley and dinette. The wraparound dinette with teak table is port side and the U-shaped galley to starboard. Large and fully equipped the galley has a Princess 3-Burner Stove with Oven, GE Refrigerator/Freezer, Nu tone Food Processor, Sharp Microwave Oven, twin lobster pot stainless steel sinks. There is kitchen storage above and below the counter top.



There are two staterooms with plenty of room for extended stays. The guest stateroom is forward with double berth, hanging locker, and cabinets. The guest head compartment is separate and has mirrored vanity and shower stall. The aft stateroom is huge with queen berth, end tables, hanging lockers, dressing table, and overhead shelving. There is an ensuite head with vanity and shower stall. One locker houses a washer/dryer combo.



Otter is powered by twin 340-hp Mercruiser inboard engines with only 800 hours. They allow her to cruise at 15 knots with a top speed of 20+ knots. Other equipment includes: Kohler 7.5kW Generator, a brand new Water Heater, Three Marine Air AC Units, and Fire Boy Halon Fire Suppression. Otter is a well-equipped, well-maintained Carver 4207 Motor Yacht. She has served her current owner well but he giving up boating to visit parts of the world that she can't take him.
